Vegan Pancakes


  • 1 cup of flour 00

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder (chemical yeast)

  • 1 cup of almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil


  1. Combine the flour, sugar, yeast in a bowl and mix.

  2. Add the milk and oil and continue mixing. Don't mix too much. Even if lumps remain, stop mixing as soon as the ingredients are mixed.

  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and dirty it with a little sunflower oil.

  4. Pour the mixture into ¼ cup and pour it into the pan for a medium-sized pancake.

  5. Cook for about 2/3 minutes per side or in any case until bubbles appear on the surface. Raise the pancake slightly and check that the underside is golden. At that point, turn the pancake and cook for 1 minute.


  • These are the doses for 5 medium sized pancakes.

  • Any type of vegetable milk is fine, preferably unsweetened.

  • Season the pancakes as you like. I recommend filling them with almond cream and berries or with maple syrup.
