Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
170 g of flour 00
80 g of dark chocolate
130 g of whole cane sugar
80 g of rice milk
50 g of sunflower oil
8 g of baking powder for cakes
Preheat the static oven to 180 °.
Coarsely chop the dark chocolate.
Put the flour, brown sugar and baking powder in a bowl.
Mix everything together and then add the oil, vegetable milk and chocolate.
Continue to mix and, once ready, make the dough very compact.
Make balls, flatten them lightly and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 16 minutes.
Once ready, let them cool for at least 10 minutes and serve.
00 flour can be replaced with wholemeal flour. If you decide to use it, add 1 or 2 minutes to the cooking time.
Any vegetable milk is fine. I use the rice one to prevent the biscuits from being excessively sweet.
Any vegetable oil is fine.
