Torta di pesche vegan


  • 6 peaches in syrup

  • 250 g of flour 00

  • 100 g of almond flour

  • 150 g of brown sugar

  • 10 g of whole cane sugar

  • 300 g of almond milk

  • 50 g of sunflower oil

  • 16 g of baking powder


  1. Preheat the static oven to 175 °.

  2. Combine flour, almond flour, sugar and yeast in a bowl.

  3. Gradually add the oil and milk to the bowl while continuing to mix.

  4. Cut four peaches in syrup into small pieces and incorporate them into the dough.

  5. Put the dough in a pan.

  6. Cut two peaches in syrup into thin slices and place them on the cake, following the shape of the edge of the pan until you reach the center.

  7. Sprinkle the cake with whole brown sugar.

  8. Bake in a static oven at 175 ° for one hour and ten minutes.

  9. Let cool and serve.


  • You can also use soy milk or rice milk.

  • Sugar can be replaced with white sugar.

  • Baking powder can be replaced with the same amount of cream of tartar.
