Vegan apple pie
250 g of flour 00
100 g of almond flour
150 g of brown sugar
10 g of whole cane sugar
300 g of almond milk
50 g of sunflower oil
16 g of baking powder
Zest of an organic lemon
Cinnamon powder to taste
1 pinch of salt
Preheat the static oven to 175 °.
Combine flour, almond flour, sugar, yeast, lemon and salt in a bowl.
Gradually add the oil and milk to the bowl while continuing to mix.
Cut an apple into small pieces and incorporate it into the dough.
Put the dough in a well oiled and floured baking sheet.
Cut two apples into thin slices and place them on the cake, following the shape of the edge of the pan until you reach the center.
Sprinkle the cake with whole brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
Bake in a static oven at 175 ° for one hour and ten minutes.
Let cool and serve.
You can also use soy milk or rice milk.
Sugar can be replaced with white sugar.
Baking powder can be replaced with the same amount of cream of tartar.
