Torta di carote vegana

Ingredients

  • 200 g of finely chopped carrots

  • 3/4 of breed of apple puree

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 and a half cups of flour 0

  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 8 g of baking powder for cakes

  • Half a cup of sugar

Method

  1. Preheat the static oven to 180 °.

  2. Pour the flour, sugar and yeast into a bowl.

  3. Add a pinch of salt.

  4. Mix well and add the other ingredients.

  5. Arrange the dough in a pan.

  6. Bake in a static oven at 180º for 40/45 minutes.
