Vegan carrot cake
200 g of finely chopped carrots
3/4 of breed of apple puree
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 and a half cups of flour 0
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of salt
8 g of baking powder for cakes
Half a cup of sugar
Preheat the static oven to 180 °.
Pour the flour, sugar and yeast into a bowl.
Add a pinch of salt.
Mix well and add the other ingredients.
Arrange the dough in a pan.
Bake in a static oven at 180º for 40/45 minutes.
