Vegan plumcake with pieces of chocolate
260 g of flour 00
40 g of water
185 g of soy milk
120 g of brown sugar
80 g of 70% dark chocolate
1 sachet of baking powder for cakes
3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
1 pinch of fine salt
Preheat the static oven to 180º.
Combine the water and oil in a bowl.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in another bowl.
Combine the two compounds and mix.
Cut 80 g of chocolate coarsely and add it to the dough, keeping a small part of it.
Pour the mixture into the loaf pan lined with baking paper.
Add more pieces of chocolate on top of the cake.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Let it cool for about ten minutes.
Any type of vegetable milk is fine.
