Pasta frolla vegana


  • 180 g of flour 00

  • 50 g of brown sugar

  • 5 g of baking powder

  • 50 g of sunflower oil

  • 50 g of rice milk

  • 1 pinch of salt


  1. Preheat the static oven to 180 °.

  2. Pour the flour, sugar and yeast into a bowl.

  3. Add a pinch of salt.

  4. Mix well and add the oil and milk.

  5. Stir with a spoon and knead with your hands.

  6. Roll out the dough and flatten it with a rolling pin.

  7. If you use the dough for a tart or a cake, arrange it in the pan. If you use it for cookies, make cookie cutters and arrange them on a baking sheet.

  8. For cookies, the cooking time will be 20 minutes. For a tart or a cake, however, it will take about 40 minutes.


  • You can use 0 or wholemeal flour. It will be fine anyway.

  • You can replace sunflower oil with olive oil. The flavor will be just a little more intense. Alternatively, you can use another type of seed oil.

  • You can replace brown sugar with white sugar or with brown sugar.

  • You can use any other plant-based milk (soy, oat or almond - I've never tried it with coconut milk but I think it's good anyway).
