• 50 g of sugar

  • 130 g of flour 00

  • 100 g of 70% dark chocolate

  • 50 g of sunflower oil

  • 20 g of cocoa

  • 70 g of water

  • ½ sachet of baking powder for cakes


  1. Preheat the static oven to 180 °.

  2. Sift the flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder into a bowl.

  3. Mix everything together and add the oil and water.

  4. Continue to mix and, once ready, make the dough very compact.

  5. Wet your hands, make balls, crush them lightly and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes.

  7. Once ready, let them cool for at least 10 minutes and serve.


  • Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for 4 days.

  • Any vegetable oil is fine.

  • Any percentage of dark chocolate is fine
