Besciamella vegan
  • 80 g of flour 00

  • 50 g of extra virgin olive oil

  • 700 ml of rice milk

  • Salt up to taste

  1. Put the oil in a saucepan over low heat.

  2. Add the sifted flour and mix for a few minutes.

  3. Add the rice milk and salt.

  4. When the mixture forms bubbles, turn it off and let it cool
