What's in my pantry and my fridge
After I told you about my grocery shopping tips, I wanted to share with you what I actually buy and what is always in my pantry and refrigerator. I try to follow one as much as possible healthy diet , based mainly on unprocessed foods . I really like cooking, I experiment and create different recipes, especially desserts, so I always have the ingredients to prepare them.
Most of the products are easily accessible and inexpensive , giving anyone the opportunity to follow a plant-based diet.
Fruits and vegetables
I prefer seasonal fruit and vegetables . In addition to being the most sustainable option, I find that seasonal vegetables and fruit have a completely different flavor. In the list you will see marked the fruit and vegetables that I prefer and that I buy in general, not divided by seasons. For convenience, I often keep frozen vegetables in the fridge . Sometimes it is thought that the nutritional properties of vegetables are altered by freezing, in reality they undergo a minimal change.
I always try to buy Organic products , especially with regard to fruit, vegetables and fresh products. Whenever possible, I go to specialized stores or purchase certain products on online stores.
I leave you to the complete list of what I buy most often . The products in bold are the ones I use most often.
