Easy Homemade Pizza

Ingredients
- 400 g (3.2 cups) bread flour
- 1 package (7 g, 1.4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 250 g (2 cups) warm water
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt, more as needed
Instructions
- Combine flour and yeast in a bowl and mix.
- Add sugar.
- Start adding warm water gradually.
- Add oil and keep on mixing.
- Add two pinches of salt and mix.
- Knead until a ball is formed.
- Cover with a cloth.
- Let rise for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Put the dough on three round baking trays with oiled baking paper and form the shape of the pizza with your hands.
- Top the pizzas with what you prefer.
- Cook the pizzas for 15/20 minutes each.
